University of Evansville
The University of Evansville Aces bring Division I fast-break basketball to crowds topping 11,000 in newly-remodeled Roberts Stadium, and the University's soccer team annually ranks among the NCAA Division I Top Ten. The university also fields men's and women's teams in baseball, swimming, volleyball, and other sports.

University of Southern Indiana
The University of Southern Indiana Eagles, a NCAA Division II member, compounds the Hoosier Hysteria basketball excitement, and carries out a strong schedule in soccer and baseball as well.

Evansville Otters
The Evansville Otters, a Frontier League baseball team plays its home games at Bosse Field. This year's home season runs from June through August.

Ellis Park
Ellis Park Horse Track is located on Highway 41, just north of the Ohio River. In its 75th season, Ellis Park offers live horse racing Tuesday through Saturday, as well as simulcasting from tracks around the country. The racing season runs from July 1st through Labor Day, and includes the park's signature race, the Gardinia Stakes, in mid-August. With both dirt and turf racing at Ellis Park, several top training stables base part of their summer season here.

Mesker Park Zoo
Visitors can see nearly 700 animals in natural habitat exhibits on this zoo's 67 acres. The zoo also features a petting zoo, a train, and paddleboats

Angel Mounds State Historic Site
Once occupied by Mississippian Native Americans from A.D. 1250 to 1450, this site now features reconstructed houses, a temple, and partial reconstruction of the original stockade wall that surrounded the settlement. An interpretive center offers videos and exhibits on Indian culture and excavation at the site. The site also features a burial mound, one of the largest prehistoric structures in the eastern United States.

Burdette Park
This 145-acre park features picnic areas, camping facilities, vacation cottages, miniature golf, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and batting cages. The park also includes basketball and tennis courts, a playground, water slides, tube rides, and softball diamonds.

Koch Family Children's Museum
Located in downtown Evansville, the Koch Fmily Children’s museum is intended to educate and inspire children and pre-teens about themselves, their community and the world in which they live.

The museum was developed and is supported by parents, educators, experts and volunteers from the community.

Casino Aztar
A beautiful historic riverboat is the background for this full casino, complete with 1250 slot machines and over 70 table games. Casino Aztar is also home to five restaurants and two sports lounges, serving everything from fine seafood to Italian to a sidewalk cafe. The riverboat is located next to the Aztar hotel, complete with 250 rooms, suites, and meeting and convention facilities. Hotel/gaming session packages are available.

Evansville Zoo to Build $11 Million Exhibit - The Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden has approved a more than $11 million contract for the building of a new Amazonia rain forest exhibit. The work will be performed by Evansville's Industrial Contractors Inc.

Golf Digest Magazine has rated Warrick County’s Victoria National the # 1 Golf Course in Indiana.
